Every summer, Churchill Road teachers offer fun and educational camps, with full and half-day options available. Note: At this time the status of the summer camp program for Summer 2021 is still TBD - information will communicated in the spring.
Camp Registration Information
Register your student online (except for Bobcat Theater) by May 31st.
To register for summer camp, you must log in to your CRS PTA account. If you have not created an account on our website yet, please create an account first (you do not need to be a PTA member to create an account). For account setup assistance, read Account Help.
There is a $15 dollar cancellation fee if you need to withdraw your registration. If you need to cancel your registration or change the camp that your student is currently registered for, please contact email@example.com. Requests must be received no later than 7 business days prior to the start of the camp.
If a camp needs to be canceled if the minimum enrollment was not met, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to move the registration to a different camp (and pay the difference in price if applicable) OR a refund check will be issued in full within two weeks of cancellation. Camps that have already met their minimum enrollments will have a note of "CONFIRMED" next to the session dates.
Refunds will exclude the $10 handling fee per camp to cover credit card processing costs.
Students do not need to be attending CRS to attend the camps (but must be in one of the specified grades, as applicable).
COVID-19: If a camp needs to be canceled due to COVID-19, summer camp fees will be refunded less the $10 processing fee per camp.
Note: For camp withdrawal requests after June 30th (but before the start of the respective camp), processing of approved refunds will be delayed until we have completed our annual financial audit. Our fiscal year ends June 30th every year.
NOTE - ALL INFORMATION IS FROM SUMMER 2020. SUMMER 2021 IS TBD.
