Every summer, Churchill Road teachers offer fun and educational camps, with full and half-day options available. Check back in late January/February 2020 for updated camp information!
Summer 2020 registration will open in late January/February 2020 - check back then! Register your student online (except for Bobcat Theater) by May 31st.
There is a $15 dollar cancellation fee if you need to withdraw your registration. If you need to cancel your registration or change the camp that your student is currently registered for, please contact email@example.com.
If a camp needs to be canceled due to a conflict or the minimum enrollment was not met by 5/31, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to move the registration to a different camp (and pay the difference in price if applicable) OR a refund check will be issued in full within two weeks of cancellation. Camps that have already met their minimum enrollments will have a note of "CONFIRMED" next to the session dates.
Students do not need to be attending CRS to attend the camps (but must be in one of the specified grades, as applicable).
Note: For camp withdrawal requests after June 30th (but before the start of the respective camp), processing of approved refunds will be delayed until we have completed our annual financial audit. Our fiscal year ends June 30th every year.
